The Strata Managers Institute (ACT) Incorporated is the peak industry body for the management of Owners Corporations in
the Australian Capital Territory.
Its membership is made up of Strata Management firms and Employees of strata management firms.
In the future it is anticipated it will also include Suppliers of products & services to the Strata Industry and Owners Corporations.

Canberra Units Plan Services (CUPS) is one of the largest Body Corporate Managers within the ACT and has been operating for over 23 years. CUPS manages over 600 Body Corporates in the ACT. A large number of Canberra's Body Corporates and Owners have enjoyed long and productive relationships with CUPS.
CUPS is well known for providing sound advice under the Unit Titles Act and giving guidance to owners in matter of conflict, improvement to common property and a win - win for owners generally.
